Signet Pensiju Pārvalde IPAS (previous name – Integrum Asset Management IPAS, hereinafter – the Managing Company) informs that with the aim of implementing the Managing Company’s new operating strategy, which provides for the management of state funded pension scheeme (2nd pension pillar) assets and private pesnion fund assets, it has decided to transfer management of the mutual funds Integrum Multi-Asset Total Return USD Fund and Integrum Global EUR Stock Index Fund assets as well as management of the mutual fund’s Integrum Global Bond Fund subfunds Integrum Global USD Bond Fund and Integrum Global EUR Bond Fund (hereinafter together referred to as the Funds and each individually as the Fund) assets to the managing company SIGNET ASSET MANAGEMENT LATVIA IPS, registration number 40103362872, Management Board’s address: Antonijas iela 3, Rīga, LV-1010, Latvija.
Transfer of Fund management will become effective 04.01.2024.
To ensure the transfer of Fund management, investors will not be able to submit applications for the purchase, return and redemption of investment certificates of the Funds from 22.12.2023 till 04.01.2024., i.e. transactions with investment certificates of the Funds will be suspended during the specified period of time.
Prior the transfer of Fund management investors will be able to purchase, sell and request to return the investment certificates of the Funds until 21.12.2023 at 17:00, by submitting an appropriate form of application to the Managing Company.
After the transfer of Fund management invesors will be able to make transactions with their investment certificates of the Funds starting from 05.01.2024., by submitting an appropriate form of application to the asset management company SIGNET ASSET MANAGEMENT LATVIA IPS.
