This is to inform that on 5 November 2018 the Financial and Capital Market Commission registered amendments to the prospectus, regulations and basic information for investors of mutual funds under management of ABLV Asset Management, IPAS that were introduced due to choosing AS Baltic International Bank as the custodian bank for mutual funds managed by ABLV Asset Management, IPAS.
The introduced amendments refer to the banking details of the new custodian bank and the list of its Agency companies, to the procedure of sale and buyback of investment certificates, to imposing restrictions on investments in other currencies, and to editing corrections.
The said amendments in the regulatory enactments of the funds will enter into effect when the agreement concluded between ABLV Asset Management, IPAS and AS Baltic International Bank on custodian services to mutual funds managed by the former enters into effect in full, which accordingly will take place after all assets of the funds will be transferred to the accounts of the new custodian.
After the agreement fully enters in to effect and the amendments to the regulatory enactments of mutual funds as registered with the Financial and Capital Market Commission accordingly enter into effect, ABLV Asset Management, IPAS will resume management operation in usually thus resuming the possibility for the investors to sell and buy investment certificates of the mutual funds.
There will be a separate notice about the said amendments in the regulatory enactments of the funds entering into effect.
